Q: Does the clinic offer emergency services
A: The Fort Greely Army Medical Home offers routine primary care. For emergencies, please dial 911.

Q: How do I schedule tobacco counseling?
A: Please contact the front desk at 907-873-4975 to schedule tobacco cessation counseling.
Q: What do I do if my family or I gets sick outside of clinic hours?
A: If you feel it is a medical emergency or there is a risk of loss of life/limb/eyesight, please dial 911 or Fort Greely Dispatch at 907-873-3288. You may also travel to Bassett Army Community Hospital for emergency department care. For non-emergency care, you may utilize the Nurse Advise Line (NAL). TRICARE Prime dependents (including retirees) can also use Concerta Urgent Care in Fairbanks to receive after-hours urgent care without a referral. Regular Army and AGR service members must contact the NAL first before using urgent care. On the first business day after receiving care, contact the clinic at 907-873-4975 for follow up.

Q: Are there any virtual or tele-health care options available?
A: Yes, there are two virtual options for TRICARE Prime dependents (including retirees) at https://doctorondemand.com and https://pmpediatriccare.com. For ages 12 and over, you may use the Virtually Integrated Patient and Readiness Program (VIPRR) by calling the Nurse Advice Line or going to http://mhsnurseadviceline.com/home.
Q: Who can receive medical care at the Fort Greely Army Medical Home (FGAMH)?
A: FGAMH provides routine care to all beneficiaries with a primary care manager (PCM) at the clinic including Regular Army and AGR Soldiers, TRICARE Prime dependents, and TRICARE Prime retirees and their dependents. FGAMH also provides services to DoD civilians and contracted employees for employment medical requirements.
Q: If my dependent or I am on TRICARE Select or a VA beneficiary, can I utilize the Fort Greely Army Medical Home?
A: TRICARE Select and VA beneficiaries can be seen on a space-available basis for same-day acute care needs, but cannot establish care with a PCM. VA beneficiaries can be seen on a space-available basis for same-day acute care needs but will need a referral from the VA to Fort Greely for routine care. Once we have received the referral we will contact the patient to set up an appointment.
Q: What is the best way to view my health record, send a secure message to my healthcare team, request prescription refills, or book an appointment?
A: The Military Health System Genesis (MHSG) patient portal can be accessed with a DS Logon or CAC at https://patientportal.mhsgenesis.health.mil. When sending a message search for "Greely" to reach the message portal.

A: Contact the office of your serving provider to have them complete a Release of Information form. Records can be faxed to (907) 873-4979. Q: How do I get my medications
A: Medications arrive on Tuesdays and Thursday afternoons. You must call Bassett Army Community Hospital Pharmacy to request prescriptions for delivery to Fort Greely. Patients can then pick up prescriptions at the clinic or at the 24/7 ScriptCenter located at the entrance of the DFAC.
