Q: How long does it take to get a copy of ALL my medical records?
A: You will receive your medical information or a copy of your record within 30 working days after submission of the request. (AR 40-66 para. 2-3)
Q: Can I hand carry my medical records?
A: Hand carrying medical records is not permitted. Gaining MTFs will request the records from us once you have completed TRICARE enrollment at your new duty location (AR 40-66 para. 2-3)
