Q: Do I get my contacts from you?

A: No. We only give you the prescription; all contacts are received and payed for out of pocket at off base clinics.

Q: Can family members get glasses here?

A: No. Only active duty and retirees are able to get glasses here.

Q: Can I get a waiver/memo for tinting my car windows?

A: No.

Q: Can I use my prescription off base?

A: Yes. Any prescription we give you is valid for one year at any clinic.

Q: Can I get my no-show undone?
