How to make an appointment:
You must have a referral in the system before establishing care in our clinic.
**Unlike the majority of clinics, the Orthopedic Clinic is open to patients over 65. To be seen by a Bassett Orthopedic surgeon or PA, have your off-post provider write an order for a consult "Attn Referral Management Nurse" and fax it to 907-361-5305. Once the referral is received and processed, you will be contacted to schedule your appointment.
