Active Duty

Active Duty soldiers receive the majority of their care at their local Soldier Centered Medical Homes. When the appropriate level of care is not available at their SCMH, soldiers are referred to Bassett Army Community Hospital at Ft. Wainwright, 673rd Medical Group at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson or to a specialist in the community.
