A: Yes. Concentra Urgent Care, located on Airport Way, is available to see family members and retirees who need to be seen before an appointment is available. 

Q: Are there virtual appointments available?

A: Yes, there is a great virtual appointment option available called Dr+ on Demand. It offers free services for family members and retirees without a referral. Providers on this virtual platform can prescribe medications, order radiology exams and labs. A wide range of health conditions can be effectively managed through virtual visits, saving you time and energy. Dr+ on Demand is often available 24/7, providing convenient access to care.

A: Family members and retired dependents can go to the following Urgent Care Clinics without a referral: US Health Groups and PM Pediatrics.

Q: What do I do if I did not get an authorization letter in the mail for my referral?

A: You will not receive an authorization letter in the mail. You can sign up to receive text or email alerts for updates to your referral at www.TRICARE-West.com. View and print your letter with contact information for your authorized provider from the website.
