A: Yes. Concentra Urgent Care, located on Airport Way, is available to see family members and retirees who need to be seen before an appointment is available.
Q: Are there virtual appointments available?
A: Yes. There are two great options for virtual appointments. Both Dr+ on Demand and PM Pediatrics are free for family members and retirees without an appointment. Providers on these virtual platforms can write prescriptions, order radiology exams and labs. Many health conditions can be taken care of virtually, saving you time, energy and they are available 24/7.

A: You will not receive an authorization letter in the mail. You can sign up to receive text or email alerts for updates to your referral at www.TRICARE-West.com. View and print your letter with contact information for your authorized provider from the website.
