Q: Where can I get my hearing test records?
A: You may obtain your hearing test records at the Patient Administration Department at the JBER Soldier Centered Medical Home.
Q: Can units schedule group appointments for hearing tests?
A: Yes, reserve hearing booths when there is availability through the Clinic NCOIC and/or OIC.
Q: Are annual hearing tests walk-in or by appointment only?
A: Annual hearing evaluations are by appointment only unless a unit reserves the booth.
