Services Provided:
Filling Prescriptions:
- Prescriptions ordered by your provider can be picked up by checking in at the kiosk by the ancillary desk.
Hard Copy Orders:
- Prescriptions written on paper can be brought to the pharmacy. Staff will let you know if we can fill them or if you will need to go to 673d.
Over-the-Counter Medications:
- There are several medications that may be requested directly from the pharmacy. Drug Take Back Program:
Drug Take Back Program:
- Proper disposal of prescription drugs reduces the risk of unintentional poisoning, drug abuse, and environment harm. To dispose of unwanted or unneeded drugs, drop them in the MedSafe located directly across from the pharmacy. This excludes syringes, needles and liquids greater than four ounces. Q: Do I have to call in my refills to pick them up from the pharmacy?
A: No. Our pharmacy does refills on a walk-in basis. Just come to the window, let us know what medications you need refilled, and we will take care of the rest.
Q: Do you fill prescriptions for dependents or retirees?
A: No. We only serve active duty service members. Family members and retirees receive pharmacy services from the 673rd Medical Group. National Guard and Reserve members can pick up medication if they are on active duty orders.
Q: Can I pick up medications for another person?
A: Yes. Please bring a valid uniformed services ID, or photocopy/digital pictures, for all patients getting prescriptions.
Q: How do I provide feedback?
A: Please provide any feedback through the ICE System. Comments can be done electronically through the QR codes present at the windows or physically through cards present at the Ancillary Services desk.
