Specialty Care

When advanced medically necessary care and treatment for a specific health condition or conditions is necessary, your primary care provider may refer you to a specialty care section provider. Specialty care at Bassett ACH includes, but is not limited to, audiology, physical therapy, ENT, and respiratory therapy. When medical care is needed in a specialty not offered at Basett ACH, beneficiaries are referred to care outside of the organization with local civilian providers and military treatment facilities such as Madigan Army Medical Center.

The Surgical Clinics are open to patients over 65. To be seen by one of our Bassett surgeons or surgical PAs, have your off-post provider write an order for a consult with "Attn Referral Management Nurse" and fax it to 907-361-5305. Once the referral is received and processed, you will be contacted to schedule your appointment.
