Testing Locations 

Bassett ACH Pharmacy

All DoD ID holders can pick up at-home testing kits from our Pharmacy during regular business hours. 

 

Testing Criteria at Bassett ACH

Eligible for Testing

• Symptomatic high-risk beneficiaries - High risk as defined by Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. For list click here.
• Symptomatic Unvaccinated Active Duty Soldiers
• Unvaccinated AD or DoD Civilians with a positive antigen test, as required by DoD, for confirmatory purposes
• Beneficiaries scheduled for a procedure or surgery
• Beneficiaries scheduled for official DoD travel where mode of travel or destination requires testing

Will Not be Tested

• Beneficiaries without symptoms (Except those listed above)
• Beneficiaries less than 35 years of age with mild symptoms, who are otherwise healthy
• Moderate to severe symptoms - please seek medical care
